Membership Application and Access Cards
Current Dues are $50.00
If you need an access card it will be mailed out in a few days after your application is submitted Must be 18 years of age or older.
If you have lost your access card and need a replacement there is a $3.00 charge for the first card and $5.00 for any after that.
Membership due cycle runs from May 1st to April 30th.
ALL members must fill out a Waiver and Release Agreement form.
If you plan on having someone under 18 years of age with you, you must fill out a form for the minor.

1. We have a Membership station located at Weber's Wadena Hardware Co. Go in the back door and its up by the bulletin board. Instructions are posted by the box.
