Rental Rates

 Partial club use is when parts of the club are still accessible during rental hours for other members to use.

Examples: A baby shower is in the archery range; the archery range and kitchen are in use. A member may still use the outdoor range or indoor pistol range.  

 $30.00/hour (minimum of 2 hours) or $500.00 for an entire 24 hour period, not to exceed more than 2 consecutive days.  

 Cleaning deposit of $75.00 (refundable if cleaning list is completed efficiently).

This fee needs to be paid by cash or check 2 weeks prior to the event.

If club rental is for more than a 24 hour period a $50.00 non-refundable dumpster fee will be added to the rental rate.  

Full club use is when the entire club is being used for an event like a wedding or graduation party. We want the grounds to be safe for these types of events for the guests to be inside or outside of the clubhouse during the use of the club for the reserved event. The club will be closed to any members that are NOT attending the event.  

 $40.00/ hour or $500.00 for an entire 24 hour period, not to exceed more than 2 consecutive days. 

Cleaning deposit of $150.00 (refundable if cleaning list is completed efficiently).

This fee needs to be paid by cash or check 2 weeks prior to the event.

Plus a $50.00 non-refundable dumpster fee will be added to the rental rate.  

· All youth DNR supported events are excluded from rental fees.

· Youth classes/groups will be charged a specific fee after application and KHSC board has discussed the requested use of the club.

· $100.00 flat rate for Conceal to Carry Classes (this is for club reservation)

Once approved by the KHSC board an invoice will be emailed to you to pay either online or by check/cash.

First come first served with dates.  Please apply 30 days prior to event.
